In the US we say July 28 or July 28th, “including my neighbors”, maybe add a comma to “we had been informed that the electricity generator was having problems, and that is why”, “why the lights went out”, “they could have rotted”, “it might be good”, “Enel company should have to fix this problem properly, so that this”
Also I think technically you’re supposed to write out numbers under 10, for example write three instead of 3
